Resumo: O artigo aborda a reprodução social dos trabalhadores imigrantes, considerada discriminada em todos os aspectos da vida, tendo como base para a análise dados estatísticos e pesquisas empíricas. Compreende-se que a questão da reprodução social está ligada às questões mais fundamentais da existência humana, no que diz respeito à reprodução biológica, tanto geracional como diária pela aquisição dos meios de subsistência, à reprodução da força de trabalho e à reprodução das relações sociais de produção.

Abstract: The article addresses the social reproduction of immigrant workers considered discriminated against in all aspects of life, using statistical data and empirical research as the basis for analysis. It is understood that the question of social reproduction is linked to the most fundamental questions of human existence, in terms of biological reproduction, the reproduction of the workforce and the social relations of production.

Resumo: Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre a vitimização por violência doméstica sofrida pelas mulheres e a probabilidade de que elas fumem produtos do tabaco. Para tal, a partir dos dados da Pesquisa Nacional de Saúde (PNS) relativa ao ano de 2019, foram estimados modelos Probit. Os resultados indicaram que mulheres que relataram ter sido vítimas de violência doméstica têm probabilidade mais elevada de fumarem cigarros, charutos, cachimbos ou outros produtos do tabaco.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between victimization by domestic violence suffered by women and the likelihood that they smoke tobacco products. Probit models were estimated using data from the National Health Survey (PNS) for 2019. The results indicated that women who reported having been victims of domestic violence were more likely to smoke cigarettes, cigars, pipes or other tobacco products.
