RESUMO Este artigo apresenta resultados para a Região Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, Argentina, de uma pesquisa sobre os efeitos da pandemia de Covid-19 nas famílias, em relação à distribuição do trabalho doméstico e à utilização de espaços para teletrabalho. O estudo mostra a persistência das desigualdades de gênero na distribuição das tarefas domésticas e de cuidado, que inclusive se intensificaram durante a pandemia, aumentando a carga sobre as mulheres.

ABSTRACT This article presents results for the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires, Argentina, from a survey on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on households, in relation to the distribution of domestic work and the use of spaces for teleworking. The study shows the persistence of gender inequalities in the distribution of domestic and care tasks, which even intensified during the pandemic, increasing the burden on women.

RESUMO Analisamos os efeitos da pandemia de Covid-19 sobre as desigualdades sociais e as práticas de convivialidade nas áreas do trabalho remunerado e de cuidados na Cidade do México. Por meio de uma pesquisa original e de grupos focais, estudamos as diferenças entre homens e mulheres e entre mulheres com características diferentes. Nossa principal contribuição é que a pandemia aprofundou as lacunas entre grupos de mulheres em detrimento das menos favorecidas, que tendem a ter menos recursos materiais e simbólicos para negociar relações de sociabilidade dentro e fora de casa.

ABSTRACT We analyzed the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on social inequalities and conviviality practices in paid work and care work areas in Mexico City. Through an original research and focus groups, we studied the differences between men and women and between women with different characteristics. Our main contribution is that the pandemic has deepened the gaps between groups of women to the detriment of disadvantaged ones who tend to have fewer material and symbolic resources to (re)negotiate convivial configurations inside and outside the home.

RESUMO Este artigo analisa o impacto da pandemia de Covid-19 em três cidades paraguaias: Assunção, Ciudad del Este e Encarnación. Por meio de dados qualitativos e quantitativos, identificamos diferentes impactos socioeconômicos de acordo com fatores como gênero, classe social e participação no mercado de trabalho. Os resultados também mostram que os impactos negativos foram exacerbados em áreas onde as populações historicamente dependiam de relações transfronteiriças.

ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on three Paraguayan cities: Asunción, Ciudad del Este and Encarnación. Through qualitative and quantitative data, we have identified different socioeconomic impacts according to factors such as gender, social class and labor market participation. The results also show that negative impacts have been exacerbated in areas where populations have historically relied on cross-border relations.

RESUMO Este artigo analisa como a mídia retrata a inserção da população negra no mercado de trabalho a partir das duas profissões mais bem remuneradas do país (médico e juiz). As publicações da Folha de S.Paulo entre 2018 e 2022 são objeto deste estudo, que combina referenciais teóricos e mapeamento dos salários para realizar a análise de vetores de palavras.

RESUMO Este artigo propõe-se a mensurar o desempenho do Executivo e a relação entre poderes a partir de análise qualitativa da tramitação de medidas provisórias. Constata-se que, na maioria dos casos, a não conversão em lei não significa derrota, pois os efeitos são alcançados na vigência da medida provisória (MP) sem obstrução política. Afasta-se, assim, a interpretação comum sobre o grande número de MPs caducadas na gestão Bolsonaro como fraca performance e oposição do Legislativo.

ABSTRACT The performance of the Executive and the relationship between powers is measured based on a qualitative analysis of the processing of Executive Decrees (MP). It was found that, in most cases, failure to pass does not mean defeat, as the effects are achieved while in force without obstruction. This dispels the common interpretation of the large number of expired MP under Bolsonaro’s term as poor performance and opposition from the legislature.

RESUMO Este artigo argumenta que parte de textos escritos em resposta aos atos golpistas de 8 de janeiro são expressões de uma tradição disciplinar originária do Renascimento, em que a defesa da abstração evidencia o divórcio dos seres humanos com a natureza. Em seguida, propõe que o conceito de inconsciente material pode ser uma estratégia de revisão historiográfica para a arquitetura no contexto do Antropoceno.

ABSTRACT This paper argues that some texts written in response to the coup act of January 8 are expressions of a disciplinary tradition that originated in the Renaissance, in which the defense of abstraction highlights the severance of humans and nature. Then it proposes that the concept of unconscious material can be a historiographical revision strategy for architecture in the context of the Anthropocene.

RESUMO Este artigo apresenta alguns aspectos da participação dos profissionais da arquitetura e do urbanismo na construção de infraestruturas públicas e privadas e no planejamento urbano e regional sob o regime militar (1964-1985), bem como de seu papel ativo nas transformações do ambiente construído em todo o Brasil naquele período. Apresenta também as contradições da construção da memória social e da historiografia da ditadura naquele campo profissional, refletindo sobre suas omissões e interpretações. Este breve panorama é apresentado com base em pesquisa documental e em diálogo com a bibliografia especializada e o campo da história política.

ABSTRACT This article reflects on the participation of architecture and urbanism professionals in the building of private and public infrastructure and urban and regional planning in the military regime (1964-1985) and their active role in the transformations on the built environment throughout Brazil at the period. Contradictions in the built collective memory and in historiography are also presented, in order to reflect on their omissions and interpretations regarding that regime. This brief overview is presented on the basis of archival research and in dialogue with specialized bibliography and the field of political history.

RESUMO O artigo discute as tendências da historiografia da ditadura militar na última década em dois eixos: a atualização dos debates diante da ascensão da extrema direita e o desdobramento dos trabalhos da Comissão da Verdade na adoção de diferentes escalas geográficas e na inclusão de novas categorias de afetados pela violência do Estado. Esses dois eixos distinguem os sessenta anos dos demais aniversários redondos do golpe de 1964.

ABSTRACT The article discusses the trends in the historiography of the military dictatorship in the last decade along two axes: the update of the debates in the face of the rise of the extreme right and the developments of the work of the Truth Commission regarding the adoption of different geographical scales and the inclusion of new categories of people affected by state violence. These two axes distinguish the 60th anniversary from the other round anniversaries of the 1964 coup d’état.
