Analisa-se a insistente simbologia fálica na tragédia de Sófocles. Discute-se os elos poéticos entre as imagens da integridade física que favorecem os potenciais naturais e libidinosos (as afinidades do herói com daimones como Pã ou Sátiros) e as figuras do saber e das conquistas intelectuais (cujo herói paradigmático é Prometeu).

This article analyses the insistent phallic symbols in Sophocles' tragedy. It discusses the poetical links between images of physical integrity favoring natural, libidinous potentials (Oedipus' affinities with demons like Pan or Satyrs) and the figures of knowledge and intellectual achievement (whose prototype is Prometheus).

Interroga-se a tristeza a partir da retomada lacaniana da teorização do luto por Freud. Delimitam-se, a seguir, as bases de uma teoria lacaniana da perda, localizando a importância do objeto a e destacando-se sua função de causa do desejo. Situa-se a dor da perda em relação com a perda da função do objeto, causa do desejo, necessariamente vinculada à inacessibilidade do objeto. Aborda-se a contemporaneidade com a seguinte questão: é possível que o objeto tenha se tornado visível/acessível? Isto não implicaria em instabilidades radicais na estruturação do imaginário do corpo? Objeto e desejo em tempos de superexposição.

It is questioned the sadness from the Lacanian resume of the mourning theorization by Freud. It is determined, afterwards, the bases of a Lacanian theory of loss, pin pointing the importance of the object a, and setting apart its function of desire motive. It is found the pain of the loss in relation to the loss of function of the object motive of the desire. The contemporarily is approached in the following questions: Is it possible for the object to have become visible/accessible? Wouldn't that implicate in radical instability in the building of the imaginary body? Object and desire in times of super exposure.

Com base numa prática psicoterápica individual, de inspiração psicanalítica, conduzida junto a agressores sexuais presos em uma casa de detenção para homens, este estudo interpela, por um lado, os limites da inscrição de uma lógica terapêutica em um quadro repressivo, o da prisão, cujas modalidades encontram-se regidas por um enquadre legal - o da lei relativa à obrigação de tratamento - e, por outro, o paradoxo de uma terapia imposta, sustentada por uma lógica de normalização, de efeitos enganadores e à qual os agressores sexuais, sob o efeito de seu funcionamento dominado por processos de clivagem e de recusa, se submetem "de bom grado".

As base in an individual psychotherapeutic practice, of psychoanalytic inspiration, conduct alongside the sexual aggressor inmates in a male jail house, this study interpellates, in one hand, the limits of a subscription of a therapeutic logic in a repressive picture-case, that of the prison, which modalities are found to be ruled by a legal approach - that of the law relative to the obligation of treatment - and, on the other hand, the paradox of an imposed therapy, sustained by a normalization logic, of devious effects and to which the sexual aggressors, under the effect of its dominated functioning by process of cleavage and refusal, are submitted as in "good intentions".

Discute-se o modo como a falta é conceituada por Lacan em dois momentos: com a retomada da Coisa freudiana e com a introdução do objeto a. Tal esforço em conceituar a falta é associado à tentativa de Lacan de resgatar aquilo que se revelou central na experiência de Freud. À Coisa e ao objeto a são relacionadas duas formas distintas de se pensar a relação entre o conceito e a falta na psicanálise, determinantes do tipo de aproximação que se pode ter do que constitui a experiência analítica.

This study describes the way lack is conceived by Lacan at two different levels: with the retrieval of the Freudian Thing and the introduction of Object a. Such effort to conceptualize lack is associated to Lacan's attempt of rescuing that which has revealed itself as central in Freud's experience. Two distinct ways of thinking the relationship between concept and lack in psychoanalysis are related to the Thing and Object a. Such forms of thinking are determining in the type of proximity one may have of what is at stake in the analytical experience.

Buscam-se as relações entre a sedução e a transferência em psicanálise. Segue-se o desenvolvimento laplanchiano de que a transferência é provocada pelo analista, sendo essa provocação entendida ao modo de uma reativação da situação originária de sedução e passividade. Argumenta-se, então, sobre a facilitação, em psicanálise, do estabelecimento de circulação de fantasias da sexualidade "feminina", entendida também como originária. Discute-se, por fim, a presença da alteridade na relação transferencial em face da idéia, de Jacques André, do outro como o feminino.

This essay develops considerations on the relations between seduction and transference in psychoanalysis. Following Laplanche's suggestion, transference, in so far as it reactivates the originary situation of seduction and passivity, it is understood to be provoked by the analyst. Psychoanalysis is considered to facilitate the circulation of fantasies of "feminine" sexuality - also regarded as originary. The presence of alterity in transference is discussed from the point of view of J. André's comprehension of the other as feminine.

Freud colocou o processo de identificação na gênese do aparelho psíquico. Enquanto conceito, porém, ele é marcado por alguns paradoxos. Este artigo se propõe a formalizar tais impasses, assim como a necessária vinculação, no texto freudiano, do conceito de identificação com o fenômeno da culpa. Em seguida, serão levantadas algumas situações contemporâneas nas quais, aos olhos da psicanálise e do sistema jurídico, essa vinculação (identificação-culpa) tem sido colocada em questão.

Freud has presented the process of identification in the origin of the psychic apparatus. As a concept, though, it is marked by a few paradoxes. This article aims to formalize such impasses, as well as the necessary link, in a Freudian text, of the concept of identification with the guilt phenomenon. Throughout the text, a number of contemporary situations will be drawn upon, where within the areas of psychoanalysis and the judicial system, this link (identification-guilt) has come into serious question.

Na situação de supervisão acadêmica de estágio em psicopatologia, elaboramos um método para a redação do estudo e construção do caso. Esse método consiste em um roteiro do qual destacamos para análise os tópicos: 1) exame do estado mental e 2) posição transferencial. O uso desse método vem mostrando que o tópico posição transferencial produz um testemunho escrito de uma implicação pessoal.

Abstract in English:

In the situation of academic supervision of psychopathology training, we elaborated a method of writing the case study and construction. This method is based on a summary of topics, some of then are: 1) the mental state exam, and 2) the transference position, and the diagnostic hypothesis. This method's practice shows that the transference position topic stands out a written testimony of the personal implication.
